MARY BRUSSELS CHOCOLATES... If the interiors of Mary look as though they’re suited for a king, it’s because they are. The celebrated chocolatier has held a Royal Warrant since 1942, and has been one of the most esteemed chocolate makers in Belgium—which is to say, the world—since opening in 1919. But all the shop’s Art Deco influences and gilded walls still don’t outshine the handcrafted pralines and Langues-de-Chat.
